Mamtha Pullat (She/Her), Diversity Recruitment Strategist at Volvo Cars,

After working in India in the education non-profit sector for 5 years, Mamtha moved to Sweden where she has worked in the areas of Inclusion, Belonging & Diversity since 2020. Located in Gothenburg, She is currently working at Volvo Cars as a Diversity Recruitment Strategist, working collaboratively with different verticals to build a D&I strategy, focusing on attracting diverse people and meeting D&I goals.

John Abarshi (He/Him), Global ED&I Lead, Ingka Centres

An American-born Brit with Nigerian heritage that grew up in the Netherlands, John found his way to Sweden about 5 years ago as he started working for Klarna. There he moved in different roles until in 2020, he was part of small group that launched D&I at his previous employer. Currently working at Ingka Centres, his role as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Leader is to ensure that those concepts are an integrated part of business processes, contributing to people and organisational performance on a global scale.

Pil Byriel (She/Her), Co-Founder & CCO, Develop Diverse

Pil is the Co-Founder and CCO of Develop Diverse. Pil advises companies and organizations on diversity and inclusion, as well as unconscious bias. She also advises the network ‘International Women-in-Tech’ on D&I. Before Develop Diverse, she worked with employee engagement at Peakon. 

Her mission is to create equal opportunities in the workplace and beyond through inclusive communication. She is a public speaker and has given countless talks and workshops about unconscious bias in recruitment and in the workplace.
