At Its Essence
Unveiling Leadership Responsibilities in D&I
What you will learn from the webcast
In this webinar, our DEI experts Vivian Acquah and Aaron Kroon will discuss the responsibility of a leader when it comes to DEI.
How self-reflection matters to change things within an organisation, and that the fear of doing the wrong thing can turn leaders passive and have detrimental consequences for the company.
We will also talk about accountability and the importance of embracing DEI holistically in the company and taking company-wide actions internally that spread awareness throughout the year and not just in awareness months.
Lastly, our DEI experts will discuss formal vs. Informal leadership, and how any employee in your organisation can embody inclusive leadership, without a formal title, through their actions.
