We will also discuss the role of inclusive communication in creating a culture of courage and responsibility, and how it can contribute to creating a more just and equitable workplace.

We will talk about examples and ways you can be more inclusive towards others, being aware of your own biases, conversations to avoid and tough issues to address in the workplace.

The webcast will be led by Dr. Poornima Luthra, Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School and Jenifer Clausell Tormos, Founder and CEO at Develop Diverse.

There will also be opportunities for Q&A at the end of the webcast. This webcast is suitable for individuals, educators, leaders, managers, and professionals who want to learn more about inclusive communication and how it can empower individuals to take courageous responsibilities.
